Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday unless a Public Holiday. If an item is out of stock it will be noted on the product page or shopping bag.


Delivery Options:

• UK Standard - £5
3-5 working days First Class by Royal Mail

• UK Next Day Delivery - £10
Available for orders placed before 12 noon on a working day

• UK Saturday Delivery - £10
Available for orders placed before 12 noon on Friday.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. Provided the goods are unopened and unused they may be returned for any reason. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid excluding the initial postage charge, however if returns are being made because of faulty goods then the postage costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
