Founded by Mother Agnes Morrogh-Bernard, an Irish Sister of Charity in 1892, every piece is steeped in history, tradition and master craftsmanship.
Weaving is an intrinsic part of Ireland’s heritage, and a tradition spanning thousands of years. The whole process of making this throw from dyeing, blending, carding, spinning, weaving and finishing all takes place in the mill, by local and master craftspeople.
